Our services for corporate partners include the following:
- Direct Corporate Billing
- Cashless services for inpatient, outpatient and accident and emergency (A&E) visits can be facilitated through either the company-issued Letter of Guarantee (LOG) and employee pass or the corporate group insurance LOG and member card.
- Essential healthcare services such as pre-employment and general health screening, occupational health screening and services, and vaccination services to ensure a healthy and productive workforce are also available at NUH and can be facilitated through our direct corporate billing arrangement.
2. Corporate Health Education
- NUH has an extensive range of sub-specialties to provide onsite or webinar talks and workshops for employees/members on various medical conditions and health-related topics. Through this initiative, we hope to equip employees and members with necessary knowledge on common health problems, and how to take care of their health.
3. One-Stop Assistance through Patient Liaison Centre (PLC)
- Benefit from our single-point-of-contact facilitation and resolution of medical and financial queries through our PLC.
- Through a suite of PLC services, our team of specialised and patient liaisons are empowered to fast-track appointment requests and assist with every aspect of your employee/member's needs at NUH for a seamless and convenient experience.
- Corporate partners can also be assured of timely documentation and claim processing support from the client servicing team.
